Professional Real Estate Photography will get more prospects through the doors of your property business or help you sell or rent out your private property. Having professional property photography will help you attract the right candidates to buy or rent your property. I aim to offer property and real estate photography services that make your prospects dream.
While I serve mostly clients in London and South Germany, I also travel to other places in the UK, Germany, and abroad.

How much will I need to invest?
I do not charge by the hour but by the image. The more pictures you want, the lower the cost per picture. Prices also vary depending on whether you are a private or commercial client, as well as the location and the type of property you wish to have photographed. Once I have more information about your property and your specific requirements I will be able to give you a personalised quote.
Will you photoshop the real estate images?
I will edit the images after the session but will not remove any objects. Please ensure the area we are shooting in is clean and tidy. Unnecessary items lying around, rubbish bins and anything that you do not want to be seen in the pictures should be removed before the session. Also, be careful with brand names or logos: you may not want to show them in your photos.
What happens if there is bad weather on the day of the property photoshoot?
If we want to photograph a garden, we need good light to get the best out of the garden and rain would be a problem. So if the weather is bad and a garden is involved, I’ll be happy to postpone the shoot until the next available date.
For any other real estate images we don`t necessarily need blue skies and rain is not a problem.
Are you willing to travel to photography my property?
Absolutely! Depending on the distance I will need to charge extra. Of course, I will include that in your quote so that you know all investments upfront. I will never charge anything extra later.
What will happen after the photo session?
I will compile the best pictures for you in an online photo gallery and about 2 weeks after our photo session I will send you the link to the gallery by email, together with my invoice. You can then download the files.
The copyright of the photographs always remains with the photographer. I therefore ask you not to edit or change the images. If you publish the photos, for example in a magazine article, please always include the reference ‘Photo: Nadine Wilmanns’. If you use the photos on your homepage, a photo credit in the imprint is sufficient.
